Download all your data from Google Search Console

PowerSearchConsole offers an export feature that allows you to get all your data out of Google Search Console (GSC), without any restrictions. While GSC offers a way to download your data too, it is restricted to only 1000 rows per dimension (query, page, device or country).

Export 1000 rows from GSC

To download up to 1000 rows of items directly from Google Search Console, without using PowerSearchConsole, you can go to your Search Results report under Performance. On the top right, you will find an export feature that downloads an excel file. Each tab will contain a different dimension with up to 1000 rows of data.

Despite offering this export, we do not actually store your data. We query the Google Search Console API live to prepare your download.

Export 25,000 rows with PowerSearchConsole

Our export functionality can be found as part of the Data Explorer.

Before downloading your Google Search Console data, you can:

  • Apply any of our advanced filters and thresholds to your data.
  • Choose your dimension (queries, pages, devices, countries) or even site sections.
  • Combine dimensions, for example to see queries per page or a breakdown of metrics by section and country.
  • Apply sorting to your rows. We support many types of advanced sorting that GSC does not offer out of the box (see Data Explorer).

Once you’re happy with the results, just click export on the top right of the table, and choose All Rows. By default, we only show 20 pages of data in PSC, but when you use the download functionality we provide more rows, up to 25,000 items.

The downloaded file

Your data is provided as an CSV file. Spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets allow you to import these files, and you can then save them in a format you prefer.
